V/Line website launched

At the end of 2010 the new V/Line website was launched www.vline.com.au. Prior to this launch, UsabilityOne performed a series of one-on-one user tests to ensure the quality of the user experience. These user tests confirmed the popularity of the journey planning tool on the homepage and identified some issues with the new interactive map. Observing users interacting with the map enabled the design and development of various usability enhancements to improve the utility and relevance of the map.
