Two new staff to join UsabilityOne
UsabilityOne would like to extend a warm welcome to Sean Smith and Lina Lee who join the research team in February 2010.
Sean's career in the field of user experience research began over 14 years ago and has spanned multiple industry sectors and a variety of platforms / technologies.

He has recently returned from the UK where he spent six years working with high profile UK and global brands to improve the user experience of their products, managing projects throughout Europe, the USA and Asia. Having logged over 1,000 one-on-one user interviews allows Sean to bring valuable insight into user behaviour and attitudes.

Lina is a recent graduate from The University of Melbourne, completing a Bachelor degree in Information Systems (BIS). Recently, she conducted usability reviews on a Remote Patient Monitoring System in collaboration with Austin Health, and on Speclad, a project of The University of Melbourne.

Lina has a broad range of interests, usability and Interaction Design, Creative Writing and Literature, Design and Flash, Multimedia in Web 2.0, Music, Information Systems Risk Analysis and Management, swimming, 'sun, surf & sea', and writing a food blog.
